Data Retention

We keep transaction records, login history and account communication for 24 months after account closure. Older data is archived offline. You can request a full data export anytime through the Help Center; we deliver it as a PDF within 5 business days.

Withdrawal Verification

Before funds leave your wallet to DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, we confirm the receiving account matches your registered name and verify the amount. Rejected or reversed withdrawals are returned to your wallet within 24 hours.
